One order book per pair, no internal spread, no payment for order flow. The fill is the number you saw.

Your keys
The wallet is self-custody by default. We can freeze an order book. We cannot move your coins.

Proof
Reserves attested monthly, fees published quarterly, audits linked from the security page. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

Who checks the work.
Halyard Markets Ltd is registered as a virtual asset service provider. Crypto assets are volatile; you may lose what you put in.

- Registered as a virtual asset service provider in the EU. Compliance sits in Dublin and reports to the board, not to trading.

- Attested every month by an outside firm. Customer assets are never lent out.

- Seven directors, four independent. Minutes of every risk committee are kept for ten years.

Halyard opens in Lisbon with eleven pairs and a rule that has not changed since. The price on the screen is the price you get.
2020Proof of reserves, every month
The first attestation is published. Assets held against customer balances, signed by an outside auditor, twelve times a year.
2021The wallet
Self-custody inside the app. Your keys, our order book, and a recovery ceremony a first-timer can finish.
2023Licensed in the EU
Registration as a virtual asset service provider. Compliance moves to Dublin, custody to Zurich.
2025The launchpad
Vetted token sales with a public audit for every listing. Meridian's sale closes in forty minutes.
